BAD DAYYY! BAD DAYYY!
TODAY WAS ABSOLTELY HORRIBLE
NOT EXAGERATING

even tho im pretty determined to train well for that.. i still hate running.
and i ran until i almost died today..
my brain felt like it had be squeezed, i had major stitches on my right and left side, my back was EXTREMELY pain i dunno why and i couldnt breathe properly for awhile

and i still din manage to get an A timing

i came in in abt 14.5 mins
my goal is 13 mins
A is 14 mins and below
ok i came in.... 15th out of 48 runners...
12 were in year 3.
pro? ok lah :) but not good enough.
well at least i beat mervyn..
