✏ title: christina rocks!!

yea! yesterday's christina aguilera rocks!!! it was super fun! and i ended up shouting and shouting until i dont quite feel very good this morning.. having like super pain sore throat so i decided not to go to church.. anyway.. this is wat happened
first hf's parents fetched us to kfc to eat dinner.. que was like super long and i qued for like 15 min before it was finally my turn.. and the cashier forgot to give me my drinks so i was like.. they dont come with drinks?? lol.. hf ate some filet burger meal and i ate 2 giant pieces of friend chicken.. my love for fried chicken.. mmmmm.. haha.. then hf did one of her famous mixes including coldslore (watever), mash potatoes.. chilli cause.. some bits of chicken she stole from me and some pepsi.. haha.. looked gross.. very gross.. laterr will find a way to upload the pics cause i cant find a USB cable anywhere, my com no place to put memory card and and and there's no bluetooth device on my com..i cud email the pics from my phone to the com but its like $5 or more for each pic.. blureah..
after dinner we went in search for bus 16 to go to the indoor stadium. so we walked and walked till we found this bus stop but to our horror, no bus 16.. haha so we got so fed up we decided to take a 5 min journey to the stadium by cab.. which to our horror, cost us 5 plus dollars. haha
when we got to the stadium, we spent 10 mins looking for our seats cause hf insisted on going to extra long way.. but she found a dollar on the floor and she named it her lucky dollar...
so when we finally found our seats still have like 30 min till 8 so we decided to go toilet.. funny part...
the back of the stadium was covered with curtain.. so the toliet entrance was also covered by the curtain lah..
we me and hf found the toilet and had to go through the curtain first... so i went through first then hf... so funny when hr just went pass the curtain there was this teenage girl behind here lahh.. so hf got a shock and screamed!!! hahahaha.. then the girl was like OHH SORRY! wahahahahaha.. funniness.
so after we went to the toliet we realised still got time and we were getting thirstly.. at least i was.. so we went to get some drinks but the que was soo long again!! haha. then they were giving free tiger beer and like noone was standing there so hf went to the woman incharge to see if she would give her free beer!!! wahahahahah! but the woman said no.. lol
in the end we decided to que and we bought sprite cause the coke machine got prob, chips and a packet of mnms that is still in my fridge..
before we decided to go back to our seats cause it was 10 min to 8.. BEFORE we saw this "shop" selling some christina merchandise.. like shirts and stuff like that. so in the end i spent $25 on a christine aguilera tour book.. lol.. i cudnt decide whether to buy it or not but since it is like once in a lifetime can get this bk kinda thing so i decided to buy it.. its really quite interesting actually..
so we took our seats and at about 815 the show started!!! Her opening song was aint no other man! and some other songs she sang in her back to basics album was... slow down baby, oh mother, still dirty, thank you, enter the circus, candyman ( which was totally fun), nasty naughty boy, i got trouble and hurt.. other super duper songs not from this album that she also sang was dirty, fighter, lady marmalade and beautiful!!! it was soo awesome!! about 1030 pm finally it ended.. so sad.. so me and hf made our way out of the stadium and met my parents downstairs and waited in the car for like 10 min before the jam was sorta cleared and we cud get moving... we also saw the fireworks from the national stadiumm.. haha.. but soon after.. the jam started again and we took like almost an hour to get back... however this jam sorta worked to hf's advantage and she started waving madly at the people in the other cars!!! some of them just didnt notice/ or cudnt care enough.. some just starred blankly.. some smiled.. some did the circley thing around their heads to show that tot that she was crazy.. some smiled back and a few enthu people waved back.. hahaha! so at about 1130 we reached hf and we said byebye! haha and i reached abck at about 1145.. was dead tired by then but manged to watch biscuit for half an hour cause had toby maguire inside but then after that i decided to go to bed..
du hou gan: Hf preferred this concert comparred to the fob concert..i tot both were great and i after comtemplating for awhile.. and considering all the pros and cons... i decided i preffered one comparred to the other... GUESS
lets see....
in terms of their voice: Christina's voice is like total perfection lahh! it was almost like listening to the cd.. lol.. Patrick's voice on the other hand.. is really soulful and charming in a way.. LOL.. no this is NOT biased. and he does sings the songs in a slighty different way as comparred to the cd so u really get the feeling that ur at a concert.. of course the mad people around me did contribute to that feeling also. so i dunno.. in terms of voice.. goes to patrick by an inch!
in terms of costume/ clothes: Pete's hoodies are really awesome but this one has to go to Christina.. hands down. lol.. loveedd her costumes!!!! lol.. most of them were fo glittery and cool LOL
in terms of excitement: this is a very important caterogory as going to a concert is basically to have a great time and alot of excitement! and of course to see ur fav artistes.. so i guess this has to go to fob.. standing up concerts are way way more fun then sitting down ones.. there were couple of time we stood up to dance.. not only us lahh! but fob was like constant jumping up and down..! and that concert gave me a more severe "pain" then this one.. Christina's concert gave me a lost of voice for one night and a sore throat for today.. fob's one gave me head to toe aches and a lost of voice for 2 days.. HAHA..
in terms of extras: Christina's show was very "proppy" and alot of dancing which added extra excitement lah.. tts all
OVERALL i still prefer fob.. hahaha.. but if christina comes back to singapore ill definately go watch her again as she is an incredible performer!!! XD
lalala time to end this post.. hopefully i didnt miss out much..
